Herbao Machinery Exhibits at TMTS 2026 Showcasing High-Precision Rotary Tables and 5-Axis Machining Applications Herbao Machinery participated in TMTS 2026 – Taiwan International Machine Tool Show, held from March 25 to 28, 2026, at the Taichung International Convention & Exhibition Center. At Booth H0211, we presented the versatile applications of our high-precision rotary positioning tables across multiple industries.This year’s exhibition highlighted applications in automotive component machining, electronics manufacturing, consumer product processing, and automation integration, demonstrating the critical role of rotary positioning technology in modern smart manufacturing. Rotary Positioning Tables: The Precise Integration of Force and Angle The core of a rotary positioning table lies in the precise integration of force and angular control, enabling stable and accurate machining performance.As industry demand continues to grow for multi-angle machining, complex surface processing, and high-cycle production, rotary positioning tables have become essential components in CNC machining, automated production lines, and 5-axis applications. Automotive Industry: Micron-Level Machining of Ball Joints In vehicle wheel systems, drivetrain assemblies, and steering mechanisms, the ball joint is a critical component. By combining a lathe with rotary positioning functionality, one-time turning can be achieved, allowing the spherical surface to reach micron-level precision and ensuring smooth motion and long-term durability. Electronics Industry: Multi-Angle Bonding in Smartphone Manufacturing Modern smartphones feature complex internal structures that require precise multi-angle bonding processes. Through the integration of 5-axis synchronization and dispensing equipment, adhesive volume and bonding angles can be accurately controlled, improving assembly precision and yield rates. Consumer Products: Embossing and Roller Engraving for Face Masks The text and embossed patterns on face masks are produced using a machining center equipped with a 4th-axis rotary device for roller engraving. Combined with high-temperature and high-pressure continuous rolling production, this process achieves both precision and high-speed, cost-effective mass production.
